Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the ChangeMyFit browser extension and website (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and images you add. You give us permission to store them, process them and send them to our providers only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you add.

• Only add photos of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to it.
• Never add photos of anyone under 18.
• No nudity or sexual content, and nothing meant to harass, humiliate or impersonate someone.
• Nothing illegal, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.

Using the service fairly

Don't make extra accounts to get more free credits, get around limits, overload or attack the service, use it in an automated way, or copy or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. We may block requests or content that breaks these terms or our providers' usage policies.

Generated looks

Looks are made by AI and are a preview, not a promise. Fit, size, colour, fabric and details can differ from the real item, so check the shop's own information before you buy. You can use your looks for any personal purpose. Product images belong to their owners; ChangeMyFit is not affiliated with or endorsed by the shops or brands you use it with.

Credits and payments

New accounts get 2 free looks and 2 free photos of themselves; after those, each look or photo uses 1 credit, and you can buy credits in packs, with the price shown before you pay. How many credits a look or photo uses can change, for example for a new or better model; we'll show the new cost in the app before it applies to you. Payments are handled by Stripe. If a look or photo fails, its credit is given back automatically. Credits don't expire, have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are not refundable once bought, except where the law requires. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits it bought are taken back.

Changes and ending

We may change, pause or stop the service, or these terms. If a change to the terms is significant we will let you know, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that looks will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for purchases you make based on a look. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
